Brick Frame – Steel

Pair the same weatherproof, hard-wearing bricks used in traditional homes with an internal layer of TrueCore® steel framing, manufactured to a tolerance of less than 1mm.

The result is framing that's consistently straight and true, giving a more precisely finished home than traditional double-brick construction.

Performance

Thermal Properties

2.48 Brick Steel (R-Value) 1.80 Traditional Brick (R-Value)

Brick Steel homes regulate temperature better than traditional brick. The precision of the steel frames allows for tighter window installation, keeping homes cooler in summer and warmer in winter. This is measured by R-Value, how well a wall resists conductive heat flow. A higher R-Value means better insulation.

Acoustic Properties

50 dB Brick Steel 46 dB Traditional Brick

Brick Steel offers noise reduction comparable to traditional brick. The insulation layer between the external bricks and internal walls helps keep sound and weather outside, creating a quieter, more peaceful home environment.

Benefits

Why Choose Brick Frame - Steel

Our build system saves clients up to six months of on-site build time, which means moving in sooner and paying less money to landlords along the way. Ceilings are raised by 150mm for an added touch of class, and internal walls are painted for you as standard. Millimetre-perfect frames mean no cornice cracking, keeping maintenance low, and pre-cut frames make adding powerpoints easy later on, keeping your home future proof.
