"As a first-time home builder, the whole process can feel overwhelming but New Homes made it easy and enjoyable.
A huge shoutout to Lewis, who has been incredibly friendly and supportive from day one. He never rushed me, took the time to explain everything clearly, and built the kind of trust every first-home builder hopes for. His patience, guidance and pro-activeness made all the difference.
Overall, New Homes WA has delivered an exceptional experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the support from Lewis, Ruby, and Ashley. Highly recommend!"
"Our Site Supervisor, Joel, was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, approachable, and always took the time to meet us on site or answer any questions we had. He consistently went out of his way to ensure our home was accessible whenever we needed inspections or quotes, and he handled every rectification efficiently and to a high standard.
This team was incredibly supportive, professional, and efficient from start to finish. We truly feel so lucky to have had such a positive and memorable building experience. Thank you to every single person who played a part in bringing our dream home. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything you’ve done for us."

"Consistency keeping me in the loop. Answers all my questions with upmost professionalism and politeness. Never leaving me in the dark with any of my questions. Even though my client support changed a few times, the transitions were seamless and quality of service was consistent. I've built several times and never had this level of service before. Definitely different from the other builders"
