Choosing a builder is one of the most significant decisions you’ll make. Not just financially — but in terms of who you’re trusting with your home, your time, and your family’s next chapter. We’ve been building in Perth for 56 years. We’re still family-owned, still accountable, and still here when you need us. These are the questions people ask us most when they’re trying to figure out if we’re the right fit.
How long will my build take?
We guarantee Practical Completion within 12 months of the slab going down. Before that there’s roughly four months of approvals, permits and paperwork.
What warranty comes with my home?
A 25 year structural warranty on every home, plus a 12 month maintenance period from handover.
Are your homes energy efficient?
Every home we build is certified to the 7 star energy rating, across all three specification levels.
Is air conditioning included?
Ducted air conditioning is standard across all three specifications. Supreme homes also get the AirTouch 2+ system, so you can control it from the wall or your phone.
Will Christmas hold up my build?
If your home is under construction over the Christmas break, we add four weeks to the guarantee. Trades shut down over that period and we’d rather say so upfront.
Will I be kept updated during construction?
Yes. We’ll keep you updated throughout construction, so you know how your home is progressing and what’s happening next.
