At New Homes WA, we build houses in steel frame, which means a quicker build! Due to the current housing market in WA, there is a long wait for bricks which is prolonging build turnaround times. Having a steel frame and single brick wall exterior cuts down the wait, without compromising on quality or design.
Other great benefits to steel frame houses is protection against the threat of termites, borers and fungus, as well as increased sustainability.
